Indian Navy Commands
Indian Navy has its Headquarter at New Delhi.
The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) exercises operational and administrative control of the Indian Navy. The Indian navy has been divided into 3 operational commands. Each command is headed by a Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief in the rank of Vice-Admiral.
The Indian Navy has following three commands

Besides the three Naval Commands, the Indian Navy is a part of Joint Defense Command at Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
